"I am quite disappointed with Petstock grooming rates. They increase their rates practically every month and, when you query, they tell you that it depends on the time it takes, temperament of the dog etc. I don’t understand, how my cavoodle who does full grooming everytime, can take longer time or behave differently each time. I paid $90 for full grooming in Jan 2023, then it increased to $110, then again to $120 and today I get told the price starts from $115 and depends how long it will take for us to groom and for every extra 15 mins we will be charged $15. This is extremely ridiculous. Additionally, their time management is very poor. Never ever going to them. Their staff are very kind and helpful but their charges are not consistent, they keep going up every 7 weeks from my experience."
"Staff here are knowledgeable and caring. They arranged a quick check-up with a vet nurse for our beautiful boy and fit us in right away before they closed. The following day we had an appointment with a vet - they stayed open late just for us as we were deciding whether to undergo a procedure or put to sleep. Vet nurse even called to check up days later to see how we were going. Staff were so empathetic. We will be coming back again with our new fur baby."
"Excellent place for pet services. Almost all the vets we have come across have been very friendly and helpful. Reception staff are also very supportive and so informative and knowledgeable. Our go to vet for our munchkin baby . This place will remain special for us more because from day one we have taken our munchkin here ."
"Our experience at the place is extremely good. 5 stars is for the staff and their customer service. They go above and beyond to help out the customers. Was made feel very comfortable as I'm a new pet owner and had plenty of questions and they all were answered very patiently. I even booked my puppy's training school here. Puppy school rates are very competitive. They also sell a range of products for range of animals for example they jave quite a range of products for horses. Overall a very pleasant experience."
