"Great spot to live! Building management and Strata are super good, with strata fees being the LOWEST in the whole suburb due to exceptional management of the building! The Building Management is super strict! People have to abide by all the all the bay-laws on moving times (to avoid noise and disturbance of others), NOT parking in visitor spaces, sorting out their rubbish clearly, etc. everything is micro managed on a daily basis and monitored with cameras constantly to ensure we catch any terrible intruders! Everyone living here can live in a peaceful and joyful complex to enjoy and have fun! Whilst Building Management, Cleaning and Strata is taken care of!"
"Not very happy experience living here for one year. The building itself is actually pretty good with all amenities and Rouse hill shopping centre close by. However if you want unexplained fire drills once/twice a week where obviously literally everyone (all pets and elderly) has to exit the building and wait 30-50 mins, to then have no correspondence from the building management about what happened and apologies for interrupting your day for something that was'nt even an emergency. Be aware of the building "By Laws" where you have to Pay $220.00 to move-in or move-out on the weekend due to an "after office hours admin fee). I had a recent experience where I was treated unfairly (Talked down to) from building management about the move out procedure even though I actually had done nothing wrong and later he apologised. anyway apart from the average management, the facilities are nice which warranted the two stars instead of one."
