"Garbage construction. Look some where else in the area. All 3 of our bathrooms water proofing has failed, and we have structural defects in the building and terrace. Glad I am only renting."

"Beware! Really poor construction, lots of defects that the developer will not fix. The original builder went bankrupt. Many residents are not happy. We have been waiting 3 months for repairs and have structural and waterproofing issues. Look at the poor paint work, poor brick work, cheap windows and doors that leak. Fit and finish is poor at best. If you are buying, get a builder to inspect!"
