"Arrived at the store around 4pm to use the dog wash, was told by the lady at the counter that they close the wash after 4pm “hence why the lights are off” By this point I had my dog already secured. Mind you she said to another customer at the counter that she could use the dog wash. Is this seriously a rule?"
"Walked in and around the store TWICE with no help from staff, in fact a girl with green hair saw me and went instead to the back room? Another staff at the front was chatting on the phone for 5 min while I just stood there asking for help. Another lady came up behind me and noticed how awful the service was. We BOTH left. No wonder the environment of the store is in such a run down state. Nobody cares here!"
