"went to the pet show today and was very excited to pet the birds but when I was queuing, the group of people behind scolded at me, saying that I was cutting in their line just because they didn’t see me queuing. The staff there also claimed that they have been waiting for a long time and let them go in first. I was also waiting patiently and it doesn’t mean I cut in the line if you couldn’t recognise my face. I got offended by being treated this way like I was the one who was selfish. Two stars are for the birds. There should be clear signs and directions for queue. It totally ruined my mood. *Updated* The reply implied again that I didn’t line up but I did line up from the same direction, not the other side where the group of people claimed. I didn’t know how your staff couldn’t recognise me, or is it because I’m Asian? It didn’t make sense to ask for a CCTV check just because of this kind of stuff but I should have done then. I know it’s a bit unfair to blame you on this since I could not reach out to the group of people who told me off, but the whole point from my perspective is, if you were not 100% sure that I cut in the line, you shouldn’t just listen to what other people have said and treat me like that:)"
