"Paid almost $600 a night for a three bedrooms apartment, turned out to be a few doors can not be closed , only one aircon in the living room , and one fan only provided to the rooms in a very hot day. Dish washer not working properly"
"Great apartment and staff also nice location we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment rooms are clean best part is those soft pillows and bed had the best sleep in a long time. They even have free wifi netflix prime tv youtube so kids had lots of options enough car park space. Highly recommend staying here during visit to the island"
"Stayed in May from Fri - Sun with 4 adults. We got the executive apartment that had 2 bathrooms. Apartment had everything we needed. Whole apartment was spacious. Had a balcony too. Had king beds in 2 room and 2 single beds in the other. Jets in the main bathroom weren't working but didn't bother us. Washer and dryer was also in the main bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked though we mainly ate out. Super quiet during our stay so we had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. If I were to knit pick, the jets for the hot tub turned off after about 5 mins, so we had to keep getting out to start the jets each time but other than that the apartment was 10/10. Heaps of restaurants and places to eat were super close. Beach was a bout 5 min walk away. Will def stay again when back at Phillip Island."
"We've been coming here for the last 10 years. The location is amazing - walk to everything. The rooms are a bit tired and there's always something that doesn't work properly. Possums on the roof at night can be super-noisy. But the rooms are clean and have everything you need, and the staff are helpful."
