"Customer service here is fantastic. With multiple, expensive and sensitive prescriptions, I always feel cared for, helped and respected. Particularly when I am unwell. Kevin and his whole team are always happy to explain my meds, costs and options, and I know they thoroughly check all my scripts to make sure none of my doctors are inadvertently poisoning me. The wait times are usually very short and I never feel rushed. I am greatly appreciative of their service."

"Just wanted to say a very big SUPER THANK YOU to Brent. Today I had to organized urgent medicines and scripts for my daughter in Sydney and I live in Melbourne. Brent was quick, knowledgeable and so very helpful. I was so worried as I did not know the North Ryde Area NSW but Brent made it so easy for me. Nothing was a problem for him! Also the delivery person at the Pharmacy came back for the added medicines and then dropped them off to my daughter who was sick and waiting. "Usually the customer service is great here and would rate 5 star however after today’s visit I would not recommend at all due to the elderly pharmacist lady. I have a new script you gave me and I wanted advice while paying but nothing. I asked and despite being the only customer in the store, you didn’t approach me (even behind a shield so wasn’t due to covid) and help only called across the room any answers which were very quick and not helpful. The moment you would go to answer you’d look away like you were done helping. Left feeling so confused I went across the road to the other chemist where they were able to help me with what side effects to look out for on the prescription you sold me. Such a shame, would not recommend at all due to this being your job and you are so extremely disinterested in helping me understand the medication. Again, any other day I’ve received great service by every member though. Friendly and helpful, just today’s staff member did not give me any info of the medication and any attempts to try to ask were very difficult hence why I left the store googling for info on the medicine then in turn crossing the road and asking another chemist who were happy to give me info on the product you sold me."
