We r going to a wedding but we end up upset and my sister in law cried and didn’t wanna go to wedding .This Mischelle promise us professional make up but she left us with unprofessional girl and we all looks like a clown. I tried to contact her n ask her to fix our make but she was hiding. She Didn’t even tried to reply to my messages. Now I’m disputing the money we paid her and I’m going to report them to Fair trading. These people should lost ther license. I can do better make up than that! The reason y I’m laughing sometimes because I don’t wanna ruin the brides and my family days. Man up Mischelle.. Y don’t u reply to my messages? My sister in law was worst , she looks like she’s going to holloween. Her 5 years old son even said, U look like a monster mom!!! 5 year old kid don’t lie"

"I had a haircut and my request was to trim my hair 1 inch straight. Simple. The lady who cut my hair used a hair straightener to straighten my hair and then used a shaver to cut my hair. It was okay but I thought this was a lazy method. When I washed my hair when I got home, my hair was in different lengths. Will never go back to this salon."

"The chemical they used for permanent hair straightening ruined my hair and I had to pay $315 for it. I was in tears when I walked out of the place, the hairdresser Michelle assessed my hair first and said it should be fine to proceed with the treatment. After the treatment my hair was extremely damaged, it feels like a sponge and every strands looks like it has been singed. I was upset and Michelle had a go at me asking if I had done the same treatment before, I had to repeat my self plenty of times to make her understand that Marie who works for them was the only one I go to for keratin treatment. The hairdresser who did my hair was not even confident of what she was doing, she had to read the instruction first before applying the treatment and was doubting herself. I would certainly not recommend this place, staff are incompetent and spent so much time gossiping talking rubbish about everyone, including their customers."

"A few years ago I wanted a bob and was told to wait for Yana 'the bob queen'. I was beyond delighted with how Yana cut my bob - with such flair and ease. She's since cut a me few bobs. All were different and all equally great. Yana makes great suggestions with what would suit me on the day and I go with them. She's definately talented and a lovely person!. Can't go to anyone else even though it takes a couple of hours to get there."
