"if I could rate this place a zero I would, I went here to get my tape in hair extensions done. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and asked them if they could keep the hair extensions with them until my appointment is ready, the lady at the front counter rolled her eyes and took them . when it was time for my appointment they took me to the basinn to get my hair washed and straightened. this was the worst wash ever, I had more water on my jumper then on my hair. when it came time to do my hair extensions the lady that was doing them seemed nice she talked me through the process. she advised me that we might need another pack of hair extensions so I purchased a pack from them (seemless1). she also told me there may be 1 or 2 hair extensions that will fall out when I wash my hair. I wasn't that bothered by it because my hair was really thick and wouldn't make much difference and advised me to wash my hair 3 days after the service so the glue of the tape ins can stick properly. I was happy with the way I left the salon my hair looked and felt amazing. 3 days after my appointment I booked in with my local hair dressers to get a wash and blow dry as I've never had hair extensions and didn't know how to wash them properly. I went to the basin, we washed it and the hair dresser went to ring my hair out 2 hair extensions fell out. I advised the hair dresser that colour loft told me its normal if 1 or 2 fall out. I went to the chair and the hair dresser started brushing my hair another 3 fell out then we started blowdrying my hair and while we where sectioning the parts another 4 fell out. at this point I was outraged. on Wednesday I called colour loft and explained what happened the lady who answered the phone wasn't very nice I explained to her I got my hair extensions done here and they advised me that 1 or 2 would fall out not 9 pieces. she told me it was my brand of hair extensions that are falling out (gala hair) I then explained none of my gala hair extensions have fallen out its the brand colour loft supplied me with. she started screaming at me and the hung up.the same day I washed my hair my self then majority of the hair extensions came out with the shampoo this salon supplied me with.. I highly recommend never to go to this place I don't know how they are still able to operate such a scam"

"What an unprofessional unskilled crew!! I had 3/4 people work on my hair for a cut colour foils toner blow dry the first one seemed ok but then butchered the cut and the foils are all uneven and different shades it was supposed to be caramel and the second girl couldn’t speak English had no idea what she was doing and left colour all over all my skin. They’ve left me with uneven cut uneven colour and I can’t tie it in a bun which I requested I need for work this photo is after 1hr of straightening that normally takes 15mins and it’s still terrible they also charged $50 extra for a treatment they literally left on 15 secs. Will never go back. Worse experience ever. Waste of $170 that I should never have paid"
