"Requested a wax. Mid wax, started threading so I told her I’m after a wax again. The lady tried to tell me she needed to thread I again declined as I have sensitive skin and have always had them waxed with no issues. Asked me how the eyebrows look. I was a bit shocked because it hadn’t been very long and I hadn’t even felt her do my middle or top of my eyebrows. Asked her to please wax the missing sections…. It all felt really rushed. I ended up leaving very disappointed, the middle wasn’t even waxed in the end. I’ve never had any issues with waxing anywhere else. They always manage to wax bottom, top and middle and then pluck if necessary. Won’t be back."

Probably should’ve realised something was wrong when they didn’t seem to put a timer on at all. Felt pretty helpless sitting in the chair with my eyes glued shut while my eyes were stinging and burning. Isn’t worth the $50, I’ll stick to doing it myself at home. Also realised the skin under my eyes also has mild chemical burns… that explains the burning and stinging…"

"Went to this place to get mine and my cousin’s eyebrows done on 14/01/23 at 12:50pm. We experienced appalling customer service. The lady working was focusing more on get through as many customers as she can instead of customer satisfaction of the customers she was dealing with. She rushed both our eyebrows and payments so she could quickly get to the next customer. She did not even offer to brush off the hairs from our face that had fallen because of the threading. I am not expecting her to brush the hairs of herself from our faces but I believe it is common courtesy to offer at least a tissue to do so. Moreover, when my cousin asked her to remove the obvious visible hairs from the middle of her eyebrows and the side of her brow, the eyebrow lady loudly sighed (extremely rude and disrespectful) and said ‘jaldi karo mere customer hai (hurry up, I’ve got other customers)’. This was ridiculous. I understand that it was starting to get busy but that does not mean you give attitude to the customer you’re dealing with and act like you want to kick them out. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this from the same lady. I was rushed as a customer the last 2 times I went as well. I’ve attached photos below. Zoom in and you can see hairs on the side of both my brows and tiny hairs in places here and there. And you can also see some hairs that I wasn’t able to quickly brush off after they fell out during the threading. I don’t understand what I paid for. If this was the result I wanted, I would have done it myself. If you cannot provide satisfactory customer service and act like you are at a major inconvenience every time a customer asks you to fix something you clearly didn’t do properly, then maybe this field isn’t for you."
