"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! we would of have better luck in a caravan park. First off it took over 40 minutes to check in while there wasn’t anyone else before us.We booked the deluxe family apartment and the rooms were tiny hardly big enough to fit our cases, travelling with 4 people. There were holes in the wall, marks on the bed and pillows, the hair dryer didn’t work and there was mould in the shower aswell. After all that we went to reception to request a room change and while down there there were 3 different people complaining about the rooms and wanting a change. The managers wouldn’t deal with it they walked past w their heads down and left the poor receptionist to deal with it all, we got a different room, this one was bigger but no better, marks all over the walls, still marks on the bed, no spare towels, the tv didn’t work and when I hoped in the shower and the shower door fell off, and still mould and the tap for the sink was barely on. There was no hair dryer AND there were literally cockroaches crawling around on the table and walls. The pool was clean but down a gross stair well and the gym was shut. the only good thing about this place was the location. Do not recommend."

"Extremely disappointed in the room, we did not get the room that we had booked and paid for. we arrived early with a toddler so we asked for an early check in they said they would arrange that and I believe this is when we didn’t get the room we should have. The tv didn’t work, tiles in bathroom were sticky, mould around shower door, cigarette butt stains on balcony railings. we only just got our pram through the door into a small kitchen area and couldn’t go any further. We asked to be changed and was told no other rooms available. We asked for no room service and they still entered our room, we left behind a phone in the room and no phone call to say it was found in the room. We did have access to trams outside the doors and close to Bourke street and market which was the only positive."

"This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are not what they have pictured. Even when were promised a clean room following our first visit the room was the same. I don't think it had been vacummed and the tiles were so sticky. The television didn't work, and maintenance advised me it was due to the rain and would look into only they never returned. The staff at the front desk were rude. The room smelt like cigarette smoke however it is a non smoking hotel. There are so many bikes in the car park and when I was reversing my car out had to weave around them as they had parked directly behind my car. The only good thing is the location."

"The room vibes were absolutely cozy and contemporary, making it such a comfortable stay. I'm already excited about going back for another visit because it was just that good! The modern touch really added to the overall experience, making it an inviting and relaxing space. Can't wait to return!"

It honestly felt like a second home to me, with everything right there at my disposal. Everything I required was conveniently at my fingertips, this place truly exceeded my expectations. It made my time away from home feel incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
