"I had no booking and the staff were still most helpful and accommodating."

"This was my email to the hotel after our stay and they didn't bother to respond Dear Sir/Madam, We stayed at your hotel from 24th Feb to 4th Mar'23. In regard to that, the following are my complaints 1. Lygon Front Suite - We paid premium to get an extra large suite but ended up getting a small room which was not that comfortable throughout the stay period 2. Daily room service - It was supposed to be daily room service but the room was done only two times during the 8 nights stay 3. Towels - Towels weren't provided regularly and we had to call multiple times to get only two times of replacement 4. Free Wifi - It was mentioned that wifi will be available free for the stay but we had problems from day 1 to the end in getting wifi access. They gave us another wifi after repeated requests 5. Washing machine and dryer - We couldn't wash our clothes as the dryer was under repair from the beginning. Finally, after repeated reminders we got one night of wash from the industrial dryer 6. Parking - No parking was given. When one of my friend was visiting us, we had to request for a parking arrangement on temporary basis with a condition to leave within 2 hours We were unhappy during our period of stay. We were so busy managing our issues for the admission to the University of Melbourne, we didn't complain until the last day. I will appreciate it f you can arrange to pay me the difference between what you charged for a premium suite and what was actually given to me with all the above issues. regards, Mohammed Qadeer"

"Just an excellent little spot. If you are looking for lavish luxury, go elsewhere but if you are looking for a very nice room with a nice bed, bathroom and kitchenette in a terrific location to access the CBD then this IS the place. Don't be fooled by the price as it is quite nice. Tiana at the front desk was exceptional as we're the owners who we sat and had some wine with."
