"Two bed apartment. Room 407. Very old and quite run down, esp bathroom. Water came back up the pipe, one of us slipped and fell. Dishes dirty. Kitchen cupboards grimy. Gross carpet. Bathroom falling apart. Apartment stunk of curry. Hair all over the place, not ours. Washer filthy, drier full of lint. Location great, but over priced big time. Never again. Mould everywhere. We had to disinfect the bath prior to usage. Mould everywhere. Website deceiving. Will be making an official complaint."
"I booked a room for one day through wotif, didn't pay attention on the date, ending up making the booking next month to my stay. but on arrival the receptionist not only changed the date for me but provided the best room with the best view and all this took just a couple of minutes. Definitely recommend."

"The location is amazing with all the bells and whistles of Lygon St right at your door step. Rooms a little dated and in need of updating. Air con in Lounge room does not quite reach the bedroom so would maybe recommend a fan in there? Opening the window its a bit loud at night. We were there in March and it was quite warm at times but not unbearable. Bianca the Manager was amazing and went above and beyond for us with our stay. Her and her Partner were the best customer service we have received in a long time from places we have stayed."
