"I love Chemist warehouse, this store was awesome as well. But on google it led us to behind the store, with huge notice board saying to access this store you need to go to High Street. Luckily I was not in rush, but if in rush I would not have visited this store."

"If I could give -5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. AVOID this store at any cost, especially if you are a PERSON OF COLOUR. I went there early in the morning on Sunday 15th May 2022, at 9 AM, to avoid the crowd; this was my first time stepping into the store. As soon as I walked in, I went straight to the cashier to collect my orders. While I was waiting for my items, the security guard approached me. He accused me with a receipt in his hand, saying that I bought the items on the receipt and stole the makeup testers the last time I came there. As we are still in the middle of the pandemic, I was wearing a mask, and he did not even ask me to pull my mask down to identify my face. I told him that I had never bought makeup or skincare from Chemist Warehouse and that whoever he was looking for was not me. Not to brag, but I'm a level 3 Mecca beauty member. As if I'm going to steal a makeup tester from Chemist Warehouse lol! I also spent $400 on a single order this time, so clearly, money is not an issue. After I said that, he replied, "ok, I will recheck the footage." No apology, no nothing. I felt like being racially profiled and verbally attacked. It was so humiliating. The lady who served me witnessed everything and did not say a single word to me even though i looked uncomfortable and sad for being falsely accused in public. When I walked out, I asked him if he had rechecked the camera as I had nothing to hide and knew I was 100% innocent. He replied, "no, I will check it later." I'm pretty sure it's illegal to accuse someone of theft. I will be making a formal complaint to the HQ. For now, STAY AWAY from this store, my ASIAN brothers and sisters, as they think all Asian LOOKS The SAME and is a THIEF. Take your money elsewhere! I have never had any issues with other branches."
