"I ordered a cat scratching post from this company and it has never been shipped. The company was initially responsive to my messages/emails and have now gone silent. They've essentially stolen my $299 and won't refund or send the product. I should have read reviews before purchase."

"I absolutely love this company's odour control powder! However, I placed an order with them on Friday the 23rd of Sept. They promise fast delivery but I have yet to receive a shipping update. I have also emailed the company multiple times as well as contacted them through Facebook, Instagram and attempted to call them with no reply. Very poor customer service for such a great product."

"My cat loves her Cardboard Cat Kingdom. Even when she is not playing in it, she uses it to sleep. Whenever I can't find her, it's the first place I look for her. It's so cute when she pops her head up and meows. It's really sturdy as she loves to chew cardboard but hasn't damaged it at all. My one recommendation is to tape the boxes shut when you assemble it because my cat is able to push it apart."
