"I went to this salon yesterday and have to say I will not be coming back. I wanted was a cut and shaping around my face. The woman who cut my hair barely said hello and didn't talk at all during the appointment other than to ask how much to take off the length. She made it very obvious that she didn't want to be there. When she was done she muttered "Happy?" at me and I just said yes so I could leave. After having a better look, when I got home, the "shaping" is very choppy on one side and I wasn't shown the back. When I walked to the front to pay she just says "$25." and thrusts the EFTPOS machine at me. Extremely rude and unwelcoming environment, just glad I didn't pay too much for the poor service."

"I attended this salon to simply get my hair cut. I was greeted by a staff member who had absolutely no enthusiasm, frankly she appeared as though she didn’t even want to be there. After asking if there was someone available to cut my hair she said yes come on in. I sat down and the person doing my hair walks over, no greeting, no introduction, nothing. Again honestly felt as though she did not want to be there. She asked what I would like which I informed just a hair cut. She asked how much by showing on my hair and that was end of conversation. I was not spoken to until she had finished cutting my hair. Was never shown what my hair looked like or asked if I was happy. I then arrive home to which I look at my hair it is cut very poorly. I have long bits that were just not cut and a very jagged edge. Now I know people have bad days and simply don’t want to talk to people. However working in an industry where people are you sole business I feel they are severely lacking in skills. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning."
