"Ordered delivery came 1 hour later then the estimated arrival time, when I called the restaurant to ask they said my order had already been taken out for delivery. Food eventually arrived after 1.5 hours was cold and they forgot half of our order. EDIT - my partner got food poisoning and extremely sick after eating the bbq chicken pizza he was vomiting on and off throughout the night as well as immense stomach pains. Will never be coming back here again."
"I doordash and had an order to be picked up from this place. When i went in there and showed the order to be picked up it wasn’t ready which is quite understandable. While i was waiting a blond waitress told me to wait near a few chairs close to the kitchen and said “we don’t want delivery people to wait here” I thought it was quite rude and must be dealt with.i live right across the street and am happy to clarify if required. There was another dark haired lady around the kitchen and I did mention her about this incident."
"People seems placing more emphasis on good service more than its food taste. As tourist, you want to try best food during ur trip, I will not recommend this restaurant because it's really so so only. Save ur time and stomach for better ones."
"I've been to Al Forno three times now, and each time has been excellent. It's just a small local eatery, but it's well worth a visit. The food is always delicious and the service is great too. They're really accomodating when making adjustments to pasta dishes, and always get your requests right. Their gnocchi is superb and so soft, and their sauces are fantastic. I've had the gnocchi with chicken and avocado in a cream sauce, and I've had a gnocchi with chicken and avocado in a yummy curry sauce (sooooo good and way better than it might sound to some). Two out of the three visits, I've had and shared the chocolate mousse. The first time was delicious and the second time it tasted more like a light chocolate pudding/whip. The only minor negative I can say about Al Forno (and this is purely nitpicking), they don't play music so there's no real ambiance to the restaurant. Having said that, the decor is nice enough and the staff are friendly, so couple all of that with beautiful food, and this is now my favourite local Italian eatery. I highly recommend it. It's great for dinners with the family and it's really well priced."
