"Tried this salon for the 1st time last week and had permanent hair straightening done. Chrysella was lovely and welcoming and made me feel right at home. I have lived with thick, coarse, frizzy & wavy hair my whole life. I have tried keratin straightening before but it never worked for me. The chemicals used also stung my scalp both during my appointment and for half an hour after they were shampooed out. This has never happened before in the dozens of hairdressers I've used in the past and is a red flag to be cautious."
