"Brighton "serviced" Apartments are very well located close to North & Central Brighton and very handy to bus, rail options. Close proximity to Melbourne sand belt golf courses. But, place is dated and in need of refurbishment and rooms are not serviced regularly. (Once in the 10days we stayed there and only after we asked reception to get it done)"
"Great location with good price point. Room is a little tired but definitely showers hot n inverter air conditioner in the room. Pillows a little flat though. We had a late arrival n Warren kindly provided instructions."
"Warren is lovely and so i a reception staff and always accommodating. Beautiful rooms. Some pet friendly. Cleaning staff friendly and thorough. Rooms are nice and big, both bedroom and lounge and dining area. Balconies or courtyards. Your own laundry facilities. Good shower pressure and no problems whatsoever. Close to everything. No noise or dramas by other guests un both times ive stayed, both 5 years ago and now. Thanks guys"
""Serviced apartments" is more than a little of a misnomer. We stayed 3 nights, and the apartment was not serviced at all. We could possibly asked for what we required, but would have needed assistance to carry it all!! Barely enough tea bags and coffee sachets for 1 person for that length of time, let alone for the 4 people booked in to the 2 bedroom apartment. 1 water glass and 1 wine glass for 4 people?? 1 extra toilet paper roll. The apartment was tired, and needing a great deal of freshening up, painting, new carpets, replacement of broken curtain runners etc. Cleanliness was dodgy. The toilet brush and its holder was vomit-worthy. I doubt it had ever been cleaned... dirty, smelly brown water in the bottom of the holder. We won't be returning. No way this is 4 star!!"
