"Little kitchenette extra is great, but all 3 major things you want in a hotel were very average; bed was a lumpy King, needed a mattress topper and decent pillows, no block out blinds and the shower may be designed to save the planet, but you need to be in it longer just to get wet, no pressure at all. Location is spot on, staff check in/out was efficient. Thanks for the reply Robert, but as everyone knows, you only get one chance to make a first impression. A critical eye over every room would no doubt be an ideal review. Everything else was seamless."
