"The room was clean and location was good but definitely wouldn't recommend anyone for stay as the rooms are very outdated, bathroom required complete makeover. There were moulds in the ceiling, cockroaches and spider in the bathroom. We stayed for 5 days, and requested rooms to be cleaned but the receptionist said they only service in 7 days once."

"This was hands down the worst place I have ever stayed at. The only reason it has received two stars for location is because it is a somewhat walkable distance from Bondi beach. The lady at the front counter looked overworked but was polite enough and will let you keep your bag with her if you have a later flight. HOWEVER the emanates are so unbelievably gross there is BLACK mould (which is highly toxic) in the bathrooms and on the bedside table and even though I booked a room with two singles I was given a queen sized bed making for a very uncomfortable stay. The Kitchenette the the only place that doesn't have mould and even then it is full of stains and dust and the bed sheets are brown. Never a good sign. The place stinks and to top it all off they have PERMANENT residents who don't shut up all night despite their policies. I understand bending expectations for a cheeper stay but I would advise against staying here above all other places go to hotel Bondi, best western, little national Sydney, Swissotel all the same price if found with a deal. Please please please listen to me and save yourself the horrific experience of staying here. Do not compromise your health over a few extra dollars saved."

"It’s close to Bondi Beach and provides parking spaces. Microwave and kettle is there too. Otherwise the place is just old and basic. There was just a small heater fan that turns off itself after 5 mins or less. It’s just not a great feeling when in winter."

"Ultimate apartments was a dissapointing experience, whilst the room was clean and beds comfortable our 3 nights stay was spoilt by the service provided. The rooms wern't serviced, 1 Towel per person for the full 3 days and no facewasher, 2 sachels of coffee and tea and 4 sachels of sugar for 2 people for the 3 days, 1little sachel of milk each for the 3 days. When asking for a clean towel on the 2nd day the hassle we went through made asking for extra tea, coffee or milk not worth the effort so the service was pretty ordinary"
