"Airport hotel ??? Only because it's near the airport...otherwise no. They've missed the point...No sign of the hotel shuttle bus, so we walked. Restaurant closed at 9.30 pm and despite advertising on their webpage that breakfast is from 6am. It's from 7am on weekends. Rooms are comfy, but service staff are not great. We don't recommend this hotel."

"Perfect location for a Sydney stay! Staff are super friendly, Emily at the front desk made our stay at the hotel super stressless. Food and drinks were top notch. Will be staying here again!"

"It so abysmal I have to make a comment. As an airport hotel, it should be servicing airport guests, however the restaurant was closed when our staff arrived at 9pm! , with only KFC and fried food available next door or on the over night menu. After a long flight from Thailand they needed decent meals. When they left on Saturday the waitress wouldn’t even give them a coffee as the restaurant opened at 7am!!!!!!! Are they for real??? Calling today to obtain receipts for charges, receptionist continued to talk over me , not even for a short period, simply continuing to talk while I continued. One of our staff members had an argument with the waitress about getting a coffee at 6.55 and she adamantly stood her ground saying she didn’t get paid until 7am. 5 minutes .. and wouldn’t give him anything until it was 7am. Word for word. Other guests observed this and commented this was the typical behaviour from this server. We paid for the breakfast option- why ?! They START breakfast at 7am on a Saturday! They are an airport hotel so should be serving the airport requirements for guests travelling. We were not even advised restaurant times prior to booking but we paid for breakfasts that were subsequently unavailable. Airport Hotel- it is unfair to assume they cater for business travelers as they are located close to the airport? We were referred by our Corporate Travel Company who have been advised of the obnoxious, rude, insolent behaviour exhibited by the employees of this hotel. Stay here is you would like no service and attitude. Otherwise, choose anywhere else, there are plenty to choose from. NEVER again. Nothing about the experience was Corporate."

"Based upon the room size and lack of facilities, is this an Ibis or mantra? Tiny room, no space to effectively set up laptop to do emails, rock hard bed and most importantly, the hotel is located next to the airport, almost directly under the flight path, and the rooms are not soundproofed - serious !!! If you stay here, do not expect to get a good night sleep. The only redeeming features of the hotel, other meals. They are generous, fresh and value for money. My steak was cooked perfection and the serving portion was extremely generous."

"Had a happy stay for a couple nights. Within walking distance to the Airport and Mascot shops. The room was clean, comfortable and had a good view of the Airport. Service was friendly and welcoming when checking in and out. Also had an issue with the room key which was handled promptly."
