"Have been a member of F23 for about 2 months now and am absolutely loving it. The 6am sessions are great and so handy to be able to get in and get my workout done before going to work. Maeve who I dealt with initially on the phone is lovely and the trainers Damien and Ryan are so friendly and helpful. They make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I love that we work in 6 week blocks and can track our progress each week. We are guided through each workout and never left wondering what we need to do next. The small classes are alot more beneficial compared to the open gyms as you get much more privacy within coaching and the exercises are tailored to suit you. Class stuff keep it up!"
