"This property is the awful place with humidity and it is too cold. Also it is so expensive in the area comparing other properties. Especially electricity is weekly 30€ per person if you are saving by not turning heating in common areas. Laundry is always dirty and dust everywhere. You could accept expensive price but still high humidity and cold building is like you are in the prison. I would never recommend such place for you"
"It's clean and the best place that's close to AIT. You have to pay €3 for a wash and €3 for a dry. But the apartments themselves are the basics that you need but not exceptional"
