"The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I ordered my meal and I was shouted like to a dog going to hunt sheep to collect my meal which was dumped onto the counter by the women with glasses. I then ordered a ice cream was i was also shouted at to collect at the counter. There were 4 people working there and we were the only two in the restaurant. Coincidentally the 4 workers were all polish"
"This was the WORST experience I have ever had in a Supermacs restaurant I order a 5oz meal. When I went up to get my food the manager of the restaurant was getting my food ready, instead of giving me fresh chips like I asked he gave me old chips the container for the chips was wet and smelled of sweat due to this manager sweating so much it went onto the container and my chips, the burger wasn't cooked fully, the coke I got was flat and the chips were old ones. When I was going to complain I heard shouting from the back it was two people arguing the manager and a member of staff this male manager was hurling abuse at this young staff member. Saying he was useless at his job, he wasn't worth the money they give him, he also said other things which I don't feel comfortable saying. I was appalled at how the old male manager was talking to a staff member. I cannot believe a manager would do this to another staff member this male manager seemed to be on a power trip or was having a bad day either way this is completely unacceptable and I will never be visiting this store again. If I could I would not give them any star, upper management need to deal with this it is shocking"
