"My daughter bought a car seat in may for my car it was fine but one of the straps would not release I could see the spring so I took it back on Tuesday went in and told the girl inside she went to get the man who deals with the car seat told me to bring it in. i said I am just outside the door and the baby is asleep could he come out, he replied you have to bring it in. i am on a walking stick as I am in great pain, so I had to wake up the baby put him in the buggy he is screaming because I woke him try and get the car seat out carry it in and then the nice girl had to go and find the man again he strolled back to me he said oh yes it needs a new strap went of again to get one, came back and fitted the new strap and said that the baby looked more than 18 kilos he don't need the 3 point harness I replied he is only 2 year's old he does need them, well to finish he left the car seat there for me to struggle back out to the car with car seat. the man should not be working with people he has no manner and not helpful at all. My daughter has left a lot of money in that shop a will not be going back and I will tell everyone he has made it bad for the nice girls that work there. So if you need to go there stay away from the pig in black. .."
