"One particular staff member in the clothing section (management/supervisor) is extremely rude and not customer friendly at all. Rolled her eyes and scoffed all because my trolley was in her way? I even said sorry and pulled it out of the way before copping her reaction. Not the first time she has come across rude and doubt it'll be the last. Big let down as any other staff member I encounter in this store is always so helpful and nice, especially in the grocery section. And definitely not setting a good example to the sales assistants etc if that's the attitude towards customers from a manager."

"Went in to pick up some food instore and said we'd try the cafe and it was inedible, burger was really pink potatoes were horrid chips were ok, food was cold. Will never eat out of dunnes cafe again. Every table was dirty, floors weren't cleaned overall very poor standard surprisingly from Dunnes. Breakfast items looked nice but I won't ever chance it again. Girl on till was lovely."
