"l was away for a few days in kilkenny with my mother and stopped in clonmel to your store as we don't have one in limerick .My mother needed a bra fitting as she had been seriously ill and had lost a lot of weight...We did not have an appointment but thankfully Bernie was able to fit my mother in and got her sorted ...top marks to Bernie and your store the also got us a wheelchair for the time we where there ...totally recommend this store ...thanks Sharon &Rose"

"Wife went up there today to exchange school shirts. Never taken out of packaging but were bought a number of months ago so we're past the stage where M&S were legally obligated to refund. My wife didn't want a refund, she simply wanted to exchange the items for other clothes that she was buying. The same shirts were still for sale in the shop. The manager, Richard, was not interested in doing her the courtesy as it was over their 35 day policy. Bad business in my opinion as she was going to be spending over 100 euro and the credit note was only for 20 something euro. The reason she took so long to bring them back was that we live in Waterford and are not up there often."
