"Great pizzas and a lovely outdoor covered eating area with nice beach vibes. Adventure centre is fantastic, staff are great fun and knowledgeable. The sea kayaking trip is well worth it with so much to see along the coast."
"I have to say that the Parmesan and chilli chicken goujons are absolutely superb. They are so good I brought some up to my son all the way to Cork he loves them so much. :)) Staff are lovely and the place has a great vibe."
"A young fella called Jack Collier took us out on the water at Urchin Adventures over the summer. This magnificent specimen showed us an experience we’ll never forget. He took us kayaking and cliff jumping, and was incredibly professional, reassuring and more than capable. His enormous muscles, perfect stature and bulging biceps were a clear sign that we were in safe hands from the start. This Greek God was entertaining and adventurous all in one. The only issue we experienced was that at one point we were half blinded by the sun glistening off his perfectly toned back, but soon enough Poseidon(Jack) himself took control of the situation and ordered the clouds to block the sun. Our Hero, our beefcake, Jack Collier. All in all, we would definitely recommend Urchin Adventures Ardmore. It’s super professional, a lot of fun and worth every penny. Highlight of our summer! Thanks Jack."
"Went for a half day kayak trip with our guide Pat around Ram Head, Ardmore. Honestly one of the best trips i've ever been on. Saw a seal, lions mane jellyfish and huge Atlantic Tuna jumping up out of the water. Breathtaking. Pat was an excellent guide, very safety conscious and really knowledgeable on nature and Irish history. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Top class!"
"Visited the Urchin in beautiful Ardmore Co Waterford, today for the first time. Absolutely gorgeous Beach restaurant. Pizza was delicious washed down with a glass of wine. Spoke to two of the staff there, a Joe Kuhne, and a girl called Katie. So friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back."
