"While on holiday I visited Centra Waterville for some supplies. I purchased what was advertised as Angus gourmet burgers for a barbecue. Centra , you ruined my night. The burgers were horrible. They were fatty, tough, chewy, tasteless and certainly not 96% beef. I was always wary of meat from SuperValu and I was right. I will never, ever again buy meat from you. Shame on you for peddling this substandard product."
"This is a classic example of a community supermarket: a little rough around the edges, perhaps; full of eager and pleasant staff; and clearly protective of strange rituals, like stocking (and blocking) every single aisle all at the same time. Practically every staff resource was diverted to this frenetic and concurrent task, silting up each corridor with an estuary of cardboard boxes. But the range is good for a small outlet and the quality is excellent. You can also forgive Centra its arguably casual attitude to health and safety because the staff are so friendly and helpful. One caution: this store ranks as the 6th or 7th most expensive Centra in the country, and that doubtful accolade is immediately apparent to anyone who ever glances at their receipt."
