O'Briens Sandwich Cafe Sarsfield Road, Wilton, County Cork

"Went to get a sandwich on lunch break. Delay in taking order. Once I paid for the sandwich I waited over 15 minutes. When I finally got it it was stone cold and had to wait another 5 minutes to get it heated up. This is not my 1st bad experience in there and I understand they are understaff."

"Just had a coffee this time. Busy spot near the entrance to Tesco's. Good selection on offer. Hit and miss with the food. Can be excellent, can be average. Coffee is always good though. Handy place to meet people but tables are somewhat crowded together. Near the entrance to the shopping centre so tables at the front can be a little cold/ draughty. Staff are really helpful and very quick to clean tables as they are vacated."

"The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the price! It’s ridiculous the price in o briens for a Sandwhich? However it’s always worth it! I love the food and we are never let down when we go! We always try to go somewhere cheaper but we always end up in O Briens!"

"Haven't been to this shop before, haven't been in an O'Briens in years because of two previous bad experiences. Was charged €3.35 for a small Americano Coffee which is the most I've ever been charged for a coffee, ever! Large of the same was €3.95! It's just beyond belief that people keep going to these places at those prices, it was busy! When I said to the server, that the coffee was the most expensive I'd ever paid, I got a sarcastic reply and "we blend our own beans" as justification. The display of food including deserts was well presented and looked nice but the staff were obviously not happy and rude. After multiple experiences over a number of years I will never set foot in one of these O'Brien café restaurants again. Ever!"

"Went for a coffee (Reg) hot choc and slice of cheesecake with my son yesterday. The quality of all 3 was awful. We couldn't finish anything.! Cost €13.15. Definitely won't go back."
