"Wow. Big injection of modern design and a thoughtful menu in Riverstick, Cork. Coffee was balanced and moreish, it's not often I'm tempted for a second cup on taste alone. Went for the eggs Benedict and the hollandaise was rich and creamy, with juicy gammon bacon and perfectly toasted bread. The better half went for a croissant and found it fluffy, light and crunchy. Some competitive offers for a hot drink and a toasties/pastry to turn this into an easy yes for a lazy morning. Great location, easy turn off the main road so convenient stop in on trips elsewhere. I'm not often passing out five stars but this is a real gem. Well done team!"
