Reviews of Carrig Medical Centre
"Dr. Rathi has been my doctor for a few years He is caring, practical, knowledgeable and listens. Not much more I could ask for. I feel comfortable that he is looking after my well-being. Great doctor and wonderful staff"
"Dr Rathi is an outstanding doctor who listens very carefully to his patients. He provides excellent feedback and diagnosis and I leave his sessions with great satisfaction. A doctor I definitely recommend."
"Very very disappointed with this place! Over 2 years with them and can't say we are happy. At all.. So first Requested a referral to paediatrician as daughter had lots of issues and unusual symptoms. 2 months later found out refferal wasnt even sent out even doctor confirmed it was on the day of our visit. When symptoms became more severe got an apology and was offered to go privately then and pay money!!! Another case was when my son had a fungal nail infection (a 4year old boy) was prescribed antibiotics 3 times and finally referred to dermatologist to find out its fungal and had nothing to do with antibiotics. He needed an antifungal cream!!!! Now today I try to ring them to find out how to adjust my thyroid medication as my blood test shows low TSH. I tell them I am breastfeeding and am concerned how this is affecting baby. They tell me to ring between 12.30 and 1 but line is completely disconnected. (have call logs to prove it). Get through to receptionist 13:07 to find out doctor is gone for lunch and I will have to try and ring Monday. Wooow! If I was standing at their surgery with a 50 eur note I'm sure they would make a bit more effort. Absolutely useless. Stay away"
"Very bad experience. Refused to give blood forms for blood tests in CUH; Much emphasis laid on receiving β¬10 fee for test before getting drug prescription. Abnormal tests informed as normal. Paracetamol for chronic pain. Regret joining the practice."
"Receptionist very unhelpful. Was looking to book an appointment. Had to ask 3 times where Station Road was in Carrigaline before she would answer. Completely put me off ever looking to book in an appointment here."
