“APC Physio and Sports Clinic totally changed my life. Online teaching and crammed archival work had taken its toll on my body, and I relied on paracetamol to relieve daily back and shoulder pain. They have an excellent team of physiotherapists. Luke was very professional and identified the weaknesses in my body at the first appointment. He provided me with exercises to help strengthen my muscles. Every week I felt my body become stronger as my pain decreased. I no longer rely on paracetamol for muscle pain. I wouldn’t go anywhere else; they are the best.”
