"Had achilles insert injury since May 2022, diagnosed by GP. Lots of pain and antiflamitaries prescribed, and exercises done with little effect. Feeling a real sense of loss, regarding my own fitness level. Visited Paul who recommended dry needling, following consultation. Felt massive improvement within a few days. (Heartfelt thanks). Paul is very professional, giving great information, re, treatment plan, as well as advising me on follow up care. "A very genuine and caring man". I would highly recommend Cork Sports injury Clinic."
"Visited Paul last Thursday in a lot of pain, which was radiating from my lower back down my thigh and down my calf. From the minute I met Paul I knew I had made the right choice. He explained what he was about to do and really made me feel confident in his abilities. It's been 3 days since my session and the pain is 80% gone which is way above my expectations. I even managed 18 holes of golf yesterday with little of no back pain this morning. I can't say enough about Paul's ability and professionalism. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Paul's practice."
"Found Paul through word of mouth when I needed a new physio closer to where I lived for ongoing treatment for a badly broken ankle. Paul is an excellent physio and really knows his stuff. He listens to any concerns and I trust him enough to adjust my neck! He's also great for the chats and very accommodating with appointments. Highly recommend."
"I met Paul through word of mouth. I was in an awful way,I had a twisted pelvis I knew this before I went to Paul as I was in and out of chiropractors through the years every time getting a few weeks relief before having to return spending money that I hadn't got to spend. On meeting Paul for the first time I felt comfortable and he was able to reassure me that he could help. At first I said here we go again same old ding doing. But I can honestly say I wrong. After first treatment I had relief for a good few weeks he never forced me to come back and told me to see how I felt. It wasn't a miracle cure I have gone back to him on occasion it was a few weeks then went to months and I can safely say I haven't been back in i don't know how long. But should I feel the need to go back to Paul even though it's been awhile that there will be no awkwardness and he will treat me in a professional manner. I highly recommend Paul and I have done and will continue to do. He is an absolute gent"
"I started treatment with Paul over two months ago. I am training for my first bodybuilding competition so training is intense and my body is put through a lot in any given week. My first visit with Paul was over my upper back muscles. They were extremely tight and effecting my training regime. Paul used a series of techniques on me such as dry needling, Chinese cupping and deep tissue massaging to relieve the tension and also focused on other muscles that were in need of care. I have been to many physio, chiro, osteopaths along the way and I can honestly say Paul is by far the best in this game. He is a genuine, talented and extremely knowledgeable man who sources the problem and treats it immediately and effectively so that you can get back to what you love doing. He has treated and cared for my muscles with an outstanding recovery time frame and always relieved any pain or discomfort I had within one session. Superb value for money, professional and such a gent. I would consider Paul now a dear friend and a man who has helped my transformation be successful. Thank you for your on going support and treatment my good man."
