"Terrible service and communication by all staff including receptionist. The doctor was rushed and unhelpful. Almost laughing condescendingly when I was telling her my symptoms. No duty of care for my mental or physical well being at all. Still waiting on a referral waiting list confirmation many months later. Avoid this place"
"I have been attending this practice since I moved to Cork with my family 3 years ago. I've found all of the doctors here extremely competent, hugely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend the practice as I'm always able to get an appointment when I need one, their online booking system is really useful and one of a kind and the doctors here always go above and beyond to care for their patients."
"I have been to there twice and last time was no different. It took 45 min to see the GP. The GP seemed under pressure, of course, the Centre was busy. He was talking fast and running around the room. My impression is, either they are taking more people that they can handle or not giving enough time between patients. The secretaries/receptionist didn't even made eye contact with me, I was just told to take a sit. Don't know if that is good or bad (According to the lady that mentioned other's comments, they were nice to her. Well, good for her!) I guess others didn't have the same experience."
"Excellent GPs and facilities! The staff is friendly at all levels, even the secretaries (according to the comments, they are not). I highly recommend this place. To book an appointment, Go on their website and secure it by paying 15€ in advance which will be deducted from the final receipt. My GP was John Crowley and was really competent and friendly. Thank you again!"
"The Doctors are good, almost all of them.....but to take an appointment is a nightmare. The secretaries are not friendly at all (maybe just one of them is nice), it is hard to speak with them via phone as the line is always busy and most important there is never space for an appointment the same day or the day after. If in a rush better wait and go to South Doc in the evening! Maybe they shouldn't assist so many people if there are not enough Doctors."
