"At first I anticipated this spa to be professional and was excited for my treatment. Upon booking a 45 Indian Head massage (45 Euro) and receiving my service, I was greatly disappointed. Upon arriving, Maggi, the technician/owner was finishing another client, so we started our service 10 minutes late. I thought nothing of it and assumed the time would be made up on the back end. During the treatment, Maggi left the massage room to check and see if there were other customers in the reception area. She also stopped the service to speak to a vendor, making that two interruptions. She then ended the service 10 minutes early, making he total duration of the service 25 minutes. When I asked if the service was 45 minutes, she said no, that we ended a bit early. She still charged me 35 Euro for a service that was cut short 20 minutes. She also tried to tell me I arrived late, when I know I arrived 6 minutes early. Very, very disappointed, 100% do not recommend."
