"Really crowded, good vibes, my first night out in a pub in Ireland. I was with locals there so it was great fun, we had a drink and enjoyed the place. The pub is really BIG with an outside part which is great!"
"Now, let me explain. This is a good spot. Fantastic outdoor area, (best in Dingle by far), and it's the latest opening bar in Dingle in so far as I'm aware. I'm docking a star as we've been in a few times over the last week, and it absolutely and overwhelmingly stinks of sickly stale puke. It is awful; you cannot escape it which forced us outside (and as I said, we love that area). If it were only one night, I'd have put that fault to one side, but on a few different visits, it was always the same smell. That's a shame, as it's a great, lively venue. Come on guys, sort the hygiene out!"
"Great little pub at the bottom of Main Street. Good place for live music."
"We hiked from Annascaul to Dingle in the rain and this was the first pub that caught our eye. I needed a whiskey before heading any further into town to our lodging, and I wanted to dry out a bit. It as late afternoon and most people were sitting in another part of the bar watching the World Cup. We sat at the bar and enjoyed looking around the interesting interior. Lots of wood and stone. An old world feel. The first barman who served us wasn't all that friendly or chatty, but gave us our whiskey and went back to the other side. He may have been at the end of his shift, as shortly afterwards another bartender came to check on us. He was friendlier and visited with us a bit. It's a big place, with lots of nooks and crannies to sit with friends. They had barrel tables set up on the sidewalk for folks wishing to get some fresh air with their drinks."
"YES! This is what a traditional Irish pub is all about! Low ceilings, dark, a warm fire going, Guinness on tap and live music! We loved our post-dinner drinks and entertainment at this pub. Lots of American tourists. Very old pub, super cozy. Come early for good seating. We were there on a weeknight, so I imagine on weekends it probably gets pretty busy."
