"Our room was nice. Service was ok, not the best, but not bad. However the food sucked. In the morning when we got food it was all wrong and we had to keep telling them things they had missed. Also the cups were very dirty I got one cup and put orange juice in it and there was a piece of orange hair!!! None of us are red heads! The second cup was fine but it was a tea cup from our table. The third had black hair in it before I had put anything in it!"
"We stayed in the hotel for one night so we decided to dine in the hotel restaurant. It was nice but I think if we chose somewhere else we would be happier. The pork belly and scallops starter wasn't all that good. The turbot for main course was pretty good and the portion size was adequate too. Good service and good food , but nothing special though. I would rather go to a restaurant in the town the next time."
"Our friends got married yesterday in this beautiful location. Staff and management were fabulous with the guests. The meal was excellent and breakfast was super thus morning with a very extensive choice. Well be back. Highly recommended"

"Fantastic Hotel. Stayed there for the Dingle half marathon, the staff are lovely and professional, the hotel itself is so beautiful inside and out, the views are amazing!!! The Spa is a must for any one staying in the hotel even if your not getting a treatment, the relaxation suite is wonderful with the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the bay!! Beautiful!!"
