"Booked a taxi earlier on in the day for a certain time. 15 minutes after the time I’d booked for I rang them to ask where taxi was, was told 5 mins away. Another half an hour later still no taxi, so 45 minutes after I wanted the taxi, I rang again to say it’ll be with me any minute. The chap that I spoke to was a bit rude saying once someone is in the taxi they can ask it to go wherever causing delays, but surely if someone has booked for a certain time you get another taxi to pick you up ON TIME!!!!!! Not impressed with them at all, and not the drivers fault, just the management of the organisation."
