"This is the worst taxi firm I've ever used. I booked a taxi a week prior to when I needed it, so thought I might get a good service. How wrong was I! I had three different texts telling me my taxi was arriving and the drivers name was..... None of them arrived. After the fourth text the taxi did arrive. 35 minutes late. So my wife and I were left out in the cold until well past midinight. I will NEVER used this firm again. I'd rather walk."
