"Been to Big Fun today and as always we all had a great time. Kids had so much fun and us mummy's got some much needed rest. Staff were fantastic especially when there was a problem with another child and their behaviour towards my son. The staff were quick to respond in a polite and professional manner, thank you."
"Even though they open at 9.30 staff don't actually open the other play such as trampolines etc till 10.30 and it does not state on the website.Very frustrating with an autistic child that only enjoys the trampoline. Even when I asked staff if they can unlock one very unhelpful and said you will just have to wait till 10.30 even though we open at 9.30 and I find the staff on the counter mentality towards the customer rubbish."
"Kids loved it. Midweek visit, English still at school. Very quiet so allowed to stay longer than advertised. Food was nice and good value (although I didn't like the tea). Cars downstairs not in operation and big drop slide locked off but not a big enough issue to deduct any stars as this place is huge with lots of slides and fun for the kids. A very good sized under 2's bit as well. Excellent"
"A tip, don't go at opening time 9.30am as it takes the staff about an hour to fully open up all of the features of the fun area. 10.30am onwards you get what you are paying for. At 71 it's not my cup of tea but the Grandchildren loved it."
"Visited here last week , although not my favourite place to come .my 9 year old loves it . We got tea here for the 1st time ever little treat basic food chicken nuggets an chips etc. Not a real lot of choice. Staff very young .I asked for decaf coffee and the young lad although pleasant enough said we don't have it . So I asked him to check with management as it was on the menu. Very noisy didn't take long before my head was banging think this isn't just the kids screaming an shouting it's the so called music that plays ridiculously in the back ground .its not quite loud enough to actually hear it it's just racket that's annoying should get rid. Hard for parents been there as it is . This background boom boom doesn't help. My daughter thinks this place is amazing though so no doubt we will return ."
