"Really disappointed yesterday when returning a tv. It was right you can’t just return the tv it’s in the terms and conditions, should have checked before I went if you are not happy with it but it was just the customer service that was really disappointing. the first lady I dealt with was fine and understanding it was just the manger and sidekick, they didn’t have the decency to take me to one side and explain terms and conditions basically just was unprofessional dealing with me at the pick-up point in front of customers basically saying there words I am not taking that back and we are not a try before you but I could understand if I was abrupt and been rude always had a good service from Argos just really let down yesterday and never do reviews but jut not good enough from Argos"
