"Visited the salon for the first time today. A very warm welcome, and offered a drink straight away. After a thorough consultation with Rachael was treated to a very relaxing hair wash and head massage. After a poor haircut earlier on in the week at a different establishment Rachael was able to cut and style it to my taste. The final result will take a few more visits, but Rachael has already managed improve my hairstyle 100%. Would highly recommend and looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you."

"Used unique for 10 plus years staff change very quickly felt like was on convvererbelt uninterested in anything I had to say didn't listen to my needs felt very disappointed shame used to lovegoing there won't be back, only member of staff that makes you feel welcome now is Danny so sorry to to say won't be back girl that cut my hair was very unprofessional bad mouthing previous staff unacceptable when you go there to relax etc"
