Maybe she didn't like the fact that I cancelled an arranged appointment last year because of my concerns about non Covid protection in the salon. Very strange customer 'service'. Seems they're very selective - maybe I'm just too health conscious for them! So think twice about this salon if you're looking for a professional, 'friendly' hair salon...."
