"Very disappointing visit to this hairdressers. I went here back in May or June and I got treated very well, but today it was a different story. To start with it was pouring down, so I got wet getting there. It was busy this time and it was if they couldn't really fit me in. I said what I wanted doing, which was a tidy up and a couple of inches of the back. A few snips to the back and she was holding the mirror up and taking the cape of. I said could you do my fringe, grudgingly she done that and asked if I wanted anything else done, I said I wanted a bit more of the back. All in all I was sat there for less than 5 minutes. It cost me £12.50, which I know isn't a lot of money to some people but it takes me a long time to earn this. I will look for somewhere else to go next time."
