"Registered as vulnerable and not able to get out for 12 weeks Ii asked if my medicine could be delivered was told in a rude tone that their van was full and the driver is risking his life delivering to people like me..the chemist is filthy with boxes everywhere. Stock is low. Takes 2/3 days to do a prescription sent directly from GP, it should take about 15 mins, and when you go to they dont have it in stock. Bad management bad service. hense I will not be going back...I'm now using Forest pharmacy in Bartley. Very kind people and caring they go out of their way to help you. Deliver too with no fuss. A very quick professional service. Was a customer for 40 or more years with Rowlands. NO MORE"

"Recently moved from another pharmacy to this one as it’s closer. Very much regret doing so as they never have my prescription in stock. It’s very common a lot of woman take not as if it’s a special script. I get told to wait 3 days before getting it and even then I am asked to come back. I never had this issue with my previous pharmacy anything my doctor ever ordered was there waiting immediately after my appointment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shop is well stocked with most you would need but a little pricey. Considering changing."
