"went there 3 times to collect 1 prescription. they took my paper prescription off me the first time i went and thought that was a bit strange to do as i would just rather go somewhere has which has the correct amount of things I need, second time I got 2/3 things i needed. almost waited 2 months to get the rest as I am not available when the pharmacy is open so it was a huge inconvienience. Saw after i collected the last item that it was prescribed on the 5th dec, that may have meant i would have had to come back several times for it if it was not there. will be going to boots next time, they are far more reliable, always have the correct things in stock and only down the road."

"Booked a blood pressure test online. Turned up for appointment. Apparently I should know that they don’t do them there (despite the system letting me book), because they are always short staffed. It’s the only pharmacy I’ve ever been to where they feel like they are doing you a favour by opening the doors!"

"This pharmacy is a disgrace. Once again, they have not delivered the essential medication, for my mum. I cannot raise anyone on the phone. Mum now has no medication so expect she will be hospitalised tomorrow. Absolute jokers. I wanted to give no stars, but not an option."

"I wish this pharmacy would close down and allow another to open in its place. If I wrote a list of products you'd expect to find in a pharmacy that this place doesn't sell it'd probably be longer than their product list, yet a lot of pharmacy products aren't perishable and they've got loads of near empty shelves. During covid and even now covid is over they only let a small number of customers into the store and as a result you'll be queueing outside for (on average) between 15 minutes and an hour. Even during midday and midweek. The actual average service received in store is polite but in a bare minimum kind of way. The worst experiences include; not being able to find standard oral B electric toothbrush heads, not being able to find decent hair gel or moisturizer, not all required nappy products available, they don't sell the toothpicks with built-in floss, one time I'd avoided the place due to a huge queue outside all day and then headed in at about 17:55 and was turned away by a young girl employee saying 'we aren't taking any more customers today'. They might argue that the reason they don't stock anything and run out of everything all the time is due to some lack of footfall for these imperishable products. Yet they're literally turning away and putting off lots of customers each and everyday (due to their post-covid policy's). I think they're just lazy and can't be bothered to order stock properly or work too hard. I imagine the director and management know they've got a captive market."

"I have had good service in the form of advice from the pharmacist in the past from this branch. Unfortunately they don't seem to manage reliably the simple task of liaising with the local health centre to collect patients' prescriptions in a timely manner. This completely undermines any benefits to users of signing up to their automated service. To make matters worse, the staff don't seem to appreciate the waste of time for customers that results from having to make repeated visits to collect medicine. Not even an apology was forthcoming! Management at Lloyds needs to take a serious grip on staff training and attitudes at this branch!"
