Whilst the decor is not as modern as some chain pubs it more than makes up for it by the good value it provides, along with a welcoming staff. As mentioned by others in their own posts, the carvery is well worth a visit on a Sunday lunchtime !!!!!!"
"This place looks really nice but please DON'T STAY the place is filthy and the smell hits you in the face when you walk in. As I went up the stairs my hand stuck to the banister it was that dirty. I wouldn't even have a cup of tea here if the room is that bad then my only guess is what is the kitchen like ."
