"Terrible customer service and rubbish excuses to not pick up people, I was told that due to “school rush hour” they don’t have anyone available when I requested a taxi for 1pm!! Crazy! how are this business making money when they are refusing to work? I wish Uber was here and take over all this terrible companies so they can go bust DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BOOK anything with them!"

"A great service, getting us to London, during the rail strike. Booked return journey, but never arrived, leaving us to fend for ourselves. Don't bother ringing them, if this happens..they won't answer! Give them a wide berth"

"Booked a taxi online & ended up stranded at Wellingborough Station because they said there was no booking on the system. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Booked return taxis online yesterday & tried to contact them today to check. 1st call went to "hold" before being cut off. 2nd call went to "hold", then rang for a good few minutes before I heard voices & then more "hold" music before being cut off again. 3rd call was eventually answered (hooray). Have now been told yet again my online bookings were not on the system, and that they aren't doing Wellingborough for "short" journeys - in other words it seems they only want the airport runs! Twitter link doesn't work & the majority of their advertising is extremely misleading. Avoid like the plague!"

"Quick service I never wrote this top review, the taxi driver filled it in on my phone, Good job I checked it, I wondered why he asked me to load it on Google.maps and pass him my phone, Yes the service arrived but was later than stated and was a bit shocked had to pay extra to pay by card even though it stated on app that you get a discount by asking to pay by card, The taxi was clean, The driver polite and cautious but not happy he filled in a fake review under my name, that's why I'm knocking it to 2 stars after he cheeky awarded himself 5, 10 out of ten for effort though and trying to promote a business though, but could have just asked instead of being cheeky this way"
